So this elegant wine is 100% Merlot from Bordeaux, specifically from the Peybonhomme-Les-Tours winery in the town of Cars. The main goal of this wine was to deliver drinkability, simplicity, and the distinctive fruitiness that characterizes Merlot when the grapes aren’t “over-macerated.” The palate features notes of cherries and strawberry juice, along with a pleasant peppery quality and herbal undertones.
